A Practice For All Your Needs

We are proud to provide our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility conveniently located in Great Falls near Holiday Village Mall.  With just a few steps from your car to our friendly reception desk, we'll have you visiting with the doctor in no time.  Our schedulers go to great lengths to ensure short wait times and ample time with the doctor.  In addition, we do our best to work within the confines of your schedule as well.  From our friendly, compassionate staff to Dr. Fisher himself, we pride ourselves on providing  affordable, quality care.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We do our very best to facilitate timely communication and appointments.  In addition, emergency appointments are available  especially for new patients seeking help.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. If necessary, we will devise a payment plan that is workable for you in order to ensure you are provided the treatment you want and need.   Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Debitcard, Mastercard, Discover or Visa.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
